Maximum consignment is 20 items per appointment. Consignments can also be sent by UPS or the postal service to the information below. Unacceptable items received this way will be donated to charity or returned at consignor's expense.  Please contact us or fill out a free quote before shipping.  Please DO NOT SHIP any items before contacting us.  See a list of our current classifieds. Acceptable Consignments Mo Jo's Office will consign all types of merchandise like clothing, handbags, shoes, jewelry, toys, electronics, tools, hardware, sporting goods, furniture, computers, antiques, collectibles, etc.  All merchandise must be in good, clean, working condition.  Merchandise will not be accepted if it is  not in  good condition. uncleaned, unpressed, or stained clothing with missing buttons, frayed linings, rips, tears, moth holes and items of outdated styles will not be accepted. Sales Period Articles accepted will be placed on sale for the duration of 90 days or extended at the sole discretion of Mo Jo's Office. Consignors will be notified  at least one week prior to  end  of sale date to reclaim items if they have not sold. After notification, articles must be picked up in a timely manner or they will promptly be donated to charity, put into non-accessible storage for re-evaluation at some future time, or disposed of at the sole discretion of Mo Jo's Office. Donations Donated items are accepted.  All items must be in good, clean, working condition.  The disposition of all unclaimed items is the sole responsibility of Mo Jo's Office. Tax receipts are available upon request. Payment and Pricing Mo Jo's Office reserves the right to determine prices and markdowns at any time without consulting the consignor. Mo Jo's Office receives a commission of 20 - 30 % of the final selling price (commission is dependent on the item being sold and amount of work need) excluding taxes, fees, shipping etc. Payments to consignor are made when the merchandise is sold.  Responsibility  Mo Jo's Office makes their best effort to advertise, sell and care for all consignments.  We will provide the utmost care for your merchandise.  However, all consignments are left at the owner's risk. Mo Jo's Office is not responsible for loss by theft, fire, negligent handling or any other cause.
